Similar issue with switches

In our closet we have the switch panel that operates slides and the awning. What would the separate switch be used for that says " extend and retract"? I cannot find anything that it operates....

I have found the registration form for the dish. It's a Winegard RT8000S. It's the stationary white dome version. I will call them and see if its interchangeable to Directv or not.
