We are going to call back to speak to Redwood concerning the 5 yr., although when I mentioned it before, they said it only covers structural which I don't think this would be. It's worth another...

Yes, it seems to be coming in from the roof of the slide and traveling down the wall. We just thought it was only coming in the window.
