I purchased a small fiberglass kit from Walmart and ran it on the backside of each screw hole. Has worked well with no further issues. Also installed a rubber washer in behind the plastic.

We upgraded in the spring of 2017. Much better setup than the factory considering the weight of these units. Teflon bushings what a joke. Did the install myself with a bottle jack and a cargo strap.
