Very cool! We just upgraded to a F-350 King Ranch as well...love it!
Pulling with it for the first time this weekend. Enjoy your rig!

Just met a couple in Joliet IL with 35 DAY OLD Sequoia. Lots of issues and no support from their dealer to address their issues in a timely fashion. I passed on Service Department contact name and number. Hopefully they will get the support they need. I have mentioned the Forum to them as a resource as well.
They are full timers working around the country so need a functional rig.
Really getting tired of hearing about poor dealer support.

Dealer support is a disease that effects a good share of the RV industry. To counter this the RV manufactures themselves must step up to the plate to assure that the RVers can get repairs or parts. There are companies that do this but it seems that they are getting fewer by the day. Without this needed support, brand loyalty diminishes.

Currently RVs are sold with the dream of freedom and the glow of the glitz and glitter. But in talking to a lot of people, it appears that the lack of support imprisons the RV owner instead of providing the freedom that is advertised.

As Dave said, some mfg's are recognizing that and opening mfg' service centers...

REV, a holding company for a handful of rv brands as well as commercial trucks, etc...
opened a regional service center near us in Cleburne, Texas...

I called them and while they MAY work on all facets of the rv for the new owners, for 'second owners' I got the impression they would work on only the coach and not the chassis.
