Like New 2014 Redwood M-36FB

Considered one of the top-of-the-line Fifth Wheels designed for full-time living, this very lightly used Redwood 5th Wheel is in immaculate condition. Unit was purchased new from LazyDays, delivered to Williston Crossings Resort in Williston, FL, and has not been taken on the open road which the condition reflects. Professionally detailed 2X per year with full wax and roof treatment; carpets cleaned by Stanley Steamer annually, owners do not smoke, have no pets and have only used the RV seasonally in the winter. A full gallery of photos is available upon request. Great video tour on the 2014 M-36FB can be seen on You Tube at:

NADA average retail for this unit given its options is $52,995. Asking $49,900; but offers will be considered. We have loved the features and comfort of this Redwood, but have decided to return to a motor home as we do not own a truck large enough to haul this. For further information and additional photos, please contact Doug Baxter at dbaxter@tds.net or by phone at 603-738-4737.

Just FYI!
The dry weight of this 5th wheel, or for that matter any rv, is of absolutely of no useful information to you nor the original owner. The dry weight is as it rolled out the factory door, no batteries, no propane bottles, possibly no spare & no liquids, it will never weigh that again.
Also of absolutely no use to anyone towing 5th wheels is the max tow weight of your truck. There's a yellow/white tag on the drivers door post that reads "occupants & cargo must not exceed XXXX lbs", that's the payload of YOUR truck, this includes everyone/everything in/on YOUR truck that didn't come from the factory plus the weight of the hitch plus approximately 23% of the GVWR of that 5th wheel.
I'm guessing the GVWR of that RW is near 16.5k = 3500+/- lbs pin weight which puts it in dually truck required category.
Unfortunately the rv/truck manufacturers typically advertise the dry weight of RVs & the max tow capacity of trucks which then gets a lot of new rvers in unsafe situations towing more than they have truck for. Read any towable rv forum & there will countless threads about this on each of them. I'll agree most any truck will "move" any rv, but they are unable "carry" it safely.
Sorry for the long winded post, not trying to interfere with the sale, but this is needed information if you're considering hauling large RVs.

We originally had a 2012 36RL, very similar floor plan and loaded for long term travel we were at 17K with just under 4K on the pin.
There are only a few Redwoods that can be towed by a 350/3500 SRW and be under the weight limits, most really require a Dually is you wish to remain within all weight limits.
Our current 39MB had a brochure weight listed as 14K but left the Factory at just a tad under 16K empty.

Hello Denny,
Our Redwood has been sold. I'm sorry the listing is still up, I can't figure out how to take it down. Good luck with your search.
