2021 rw 4001lk
Priced to sell! Purchased this beautiful Redwood 4001LK just over a year ago and am only selling it because wife found one in a different color scheme. The fifth wheel has been only used 3 times. No smokers and no pets. The RV is very nicely appointed. 3 AC units. Double pane windows. 6-point hydraulic auto level system. Connections for stackable washer and dryer - Reverse monitor/camera system - Upgraded keyless entry - Tempurpedic California King Mattress - 40" TV in bedroom - Pegboard wall in the storage compartment basement - water manifold cut/off system. InCommand touchscreen control panel that connects via Bluetooth to control all features on the unit, including the lights, AC/heating system, slide outs, awning, water heater, and tank levels. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stovetop and oven, a full-sized residential refrigerator, coffee bar, convection microwave oven, farmhouse sink, and a range hood. The living room features a couch, two recliners with the option for heated seats, vibrating massage, and lights. The entertainment area includes a massive 55" Smart TV mounted on the wall just above the electric fireplace and adjacent to the ceiling fan. Just off of the living room, a half-bath includes additional storage space, a toilet, and a sink with a medicine cabinet/mirror combo. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a power-inclining bed with an genuine Tempurpedic California-king mattress. 8 pull-out drawers, and two extra-length cabinets. The floorplan features a large front master bath with a toilet, "his and hers" sinks, a large shower with 75" of standing room, and a skylight. The walk-in closet has connections for stackable washer and dryer and tons of additional space! The unit is priced to sell!
