We purchased our 39MB new in 2015 in Missouri. The plan was to live in the RV and travel the U.S. We did live in the trailer the first year during a work assignment in Arkansas. In 2016 my wife's health deteriorated to the point we could no longer travel or use the trailer. It as been stored in a RV Storage park since arriving home in California, near San Diego. After 4 years of payments and not able to use the RV we have decided that we should sell the RV to let someone else enjoy it.
It is fully loaded, original MSRP sticker can be provided. A seven year extended warranty was purchased at time of purchase and is good through July 2022. Not on the original MSRP sticker is a Propane Generator and Washer and Dryer that was purchased when we purchased the unit.
It is a shame that my wife's illness prevents us from using, kept hoping she would get better. If anyone is interested in purchasing they can contact us and we will discuss. We still owe the bank $72,000 and know we won't be able to get that much for the unit, based on NADA price and what we have seen other going for. We are prepared to pay the difference between the loan and what we get for the unit, but we will only sell if the price offered is determined reasonable based on NADA value and what we see other similar units going for. Look forward to this RV finding a nice home.
