2014 36RL Black-Maroon with Godiva $59,995

Spring time impulse - Our Redwood up for sale in Colorado - (Garaged in Greeley, CO).

Has some nice features no longer available, such as the wood interior radius walls, larger rear window, pocket door into the Bedroom. Exterior paint is the Black/Maroon, and the interior is the Rustic Cherry with Godiva, except for the bedroom. We had the Bedroom swapped out when we ordered (Beadspread and valances) with another interior decor but I don't remember the name (gold color).
  • 8K axles (factory GVWR 17,500)
  • Goodyear G614 (5)
  • Factory Kodiak disc brakes
  • 2nd awning - both with Unigard covers
  • Both ACs are heat pumps
  • Onan 5500 LP generator
  • Automatic surge suppression
  • Norcold 4-dr fridge with icemaker
  • dishwasher
  • Splendide Ariston side by side W/D
  • dual pane windows
  • 40lb LP tanks
  • King bed (factory mattress and springs)
  • Tavler SK-1000 rooftop satellite for Dish
  • Outside entertainment option (Factory TV in our production was flip down in the basement)
  • fireplace
  • Tri-Glide pinbox

Our model year had the 40" Toshiba TV, and the other two are Magnavox (I think 27").

Any questions give me a PM. Hate to part with it, as it has been a good rig for us, but we may move on to a MH.

Na - Entegra didn't really spin us up, and I doubt Dave and I would ever be travel buddies, let alone buddies

A little simpler life on our end for vacation. Mirrors in the ceiling and blue lights are a bit much for us at the lake. Just something that will tow the Jeep or the boat over the Rockies and has a couple of bathrooms....

If we don't sell this season, we are OK for another with the Redwood.

Not selling Brad. The plan was to go south every winter with Red until we hit 70 at that time we would have to look at how our health is holding up and how much of a jump in the medical insurance would be. We could bite the bullet and keep going or look elsewhere. Right now the dollar is killing us.

We too looked at MH's they are nice but just couldn't justify the cost unless we won the lottery and I mean a big one.

We use the 5th wheel for long stays and we use our truck camper for traveling around.

Brad you need to retire and get on the road with the Redwood, then you will really experience it to the fullest.

Those truck campers are getting nicer and nicer. If our plans were to change where we would be spending all of our time out west, I really would have to think long and hard on one. Recently saw a three (3) slide-out Lance model. It was a beauty.

I am with you on the truck campers. The more I think about it the more I like the idea when I retire and get to travel west a TC would be the way to go. With the RW I fear I will have to invest probably $12k to make it road worthy to prevent the suspension from failing or the roof from blowing off I do not know if I am with you on the three slides as I believe they are getting carried away on the number of slides they are adding. There is not much frame left to hold them together

I've always been fond of the truck camper idea, especially with a boat. I see guys lift them off the truck in the campsite so they can have use of the truck without disturbing camp.

That is my primary reason for wanting one. Nothing worse than camping on a lake and watching everyone else in a boat fishing. Plus I think they would be less expensive to maintain than these RW's I also think they open up a whole different world of experiencing America than always having to go to a campground somewhere. You must be willing to significantly downsize but I would not want to go camping and always stay indoors anyway.

Second worse thing would be not fishing or camping at all.

Well got some serious interest on the 5er, and now I'm scared to death to let it go! I get the feeling if I dump a pile of coin in a MH I'll never be able to get out of it if I change my mind a few years from now. I even worry about Dory if I pass away - she will just park it in the yard and spit at it because she will never be able to sell it. I can't bring my shaking hand to sign the dotted line.............

Honestly, I see a lot of RWs languishing in "For Sale" sections. I'd take a serious look at one of those truck campers.

BTW, isn't this your truck?

With the price you have it listed for and all of the options and mods you have done I am surprised you do not have a line of people waiting to purchase it. I bet the first person who looks at it will purchase it!

Hey almost is my truck, but that's the new Caribou color on the bottom so at least a 2015 Lansce - almost more expensive per pound than a motorhome
