Pictures & price would be helpful to those interested.
That's also a rare Redwood model!

I suggest doing more research on your price. We just purchased a 2015 38GK loaded with tons of upgrades and add-ons in addition to it having almost every option when purchased.

I have watched the used Redwood market sinceAugust ‘20 and based on sales and all that is currently available your price is very high for a 2013. We had ours transported out of Canada last week to the US. I can’t speak to the Canadian market but it is overpriced by quite a bit for the US market. Go to NADAGuides and price it out with the options it has. Note that the base price listed already includes all the features of the Parks and Full Time Living pkgs so don’t check those features.

I hope you find your buyer soon. Chris

I would have to agree!
Even though it's a very rare, unique floorplan it's still 8+ years old.
Good luck!

Thank you for your input. I checked the Guide and see what you are saying. I had sort of based my price on a BR selling in Texas...I guess every thing is bigger in Texas. Anyway, I have adjusted my price to $74,500 obo which will give a little room for negotiation.
