It appears that you may have bought this used in 2018. Have you had problems with it and is that why you are getting rid of it so quickly. We currently have a 2017 38GK that we bought new but are looking for a used Redwood to put on the second lot we own in MS for friends and family to use. Also, has the furniture been replaced or is it original?

We are downsizing to a smaller RV. The furniture has been replaced, the carpet removed and replaced with vinyl flooring The the problems we have had are probably common for an 8 year old Redwood , Now new owner will not have to deal with these issues.
