I hope it's okay that I add some extra photos. I don't want the Redwood folks to yell at me.

Hi, Mr. Kaidocl,

Thank you very much for the offer, but I probably should keep the washer/ dryer as part of the whole trailer package...since folks seem to really like my washer/ dryer.

But thank you again for the offer!

Thank you!

Yes...I ordered it without carpet from the factory, since i have two doggies, and this kept the floor nice.

Hello Mr. Toad!

Nice rv! We are shopping for an rv. We think we want a Redwood. We have been looking at the Redwood rv Redwood 36FB. Is the "Crossroads" a different model? Does it have the 3 piece bath with vanity in bedroom and separate commode room? Can't tell from pictures. Thanks ahead!

Red face Redwood 36FB

Hi, Mr/Ms LifesGood!

I must apologize to you...as I just finally sold my trailer a few weeks ago...and I forgot to remove this posting! I very much apologize to you, as it my old age forgetfulness that caused me to fail to remove this Posting..

If you are still looking, yes..the Redwood 36FB does have the "Full Bath", which means there is a separate commode room and the bathroom vanity is in the bedroom, with two sliding doors that provide privacy around the entire bathroom area.

I "think" the Crossroads brand is the lower priced equivalent of Redwoods...but I don't know how they differ in design and features.

Again...I apologize to you for not removing this post!

Robt.

Red face

SOLD ** SOLD ** SOLD ** SOLD ** SOLD

In early January 2016. My apologies to folks who had looked at this posting, since I failed to remove this thread.

I need to see what is the preferred way to update this type of thread...to inform folks it is sold. I wonder if the Title Can Be Updated.

FYI, Crossroads is the manufacturer/warranty provider of Redwood & Thor is the parent company of CR & several other manufacturers. These days you would be hard pressed to find a manufacturer of towables(& a few motor homes) that Thor does not own.

Thanks for the FYI

I see you've been full timing since 2008. I have a few questions for you about traveling with your rig, if you don't mind sharing your experience. Do you move around or just park it? We want to know if its common for people to cover multiple states in these kind of rvs. They look like they'd be comfy and give enough space for a year or two of travel. And how do they hold up being moved around monthly so so, or is that not a smart thing to do? We'll need to be careful about campgrounds, we understand.

Didn't I see your rig for sale? Do you have a new one now?

Our RW is Just over 3 years old & we've been in it fulltime all of that time traveling this beautiful country. We picked up 11/30/2012 & headed north through Michigan into Canada back down to Florida back to Texas then to Florida across to Arizona north to Washington back to Texas then across to Arizona. To make a short answer it travels very well with minor maintenance & in a couple of months we're off & running again. We typically stay 7-30 days in one spot due to cost, weekly rates are usually 7 days for 6 days pay & monthly usually averages to between $10-20 per day so is cheapest option. We don't travel but about 200-250 miles a day as we aren't in rush to be anywhere. Anything I could help you with just post here or send a pm & I'll try to help.

We have been fulltime since 2011 and we move every two to three weeks year round.
We travel the Southeast for the most part but do make one to two trips to Texas and New York each year.
I agree, maintenance is important and if you are on the move frequently, then more frequent preventative maintenance is required. We have not had any failures due to the amount of travel and the frequent opening and closing of our Redwood.
