Read a couple days ago, think it was Forest River had to recall some Toy Haulers with a gross of 19K because they were shipped with 18K Tri-Glides.
Always wondered why 7K axles had a Gross of 16.5K and 8K axles only gave you a gross of 17.9K and not 18.5K. Looks like I have my answer, the Tri-Glide is the weak link. Since hitting the scales, makes me really glad we moved up to a 24K hitch and 24K Pin Box.
