Timken bearings

I would like to change bearings on our 8K axles to Timken and also install buddy bearing system.
Does any one know the bearing # and seal # for drums?
Doing the IS upgrade in April, figured I'd change out the bearings in our shop before heading to Elkhart In and save a few bucks. Can buy bearings locally here in Norfolk Va.

You don't want the Bearing Buddy system. They are meant for boat trailers that get submerged. It's far better to inspect and service the bearings every year or two, depending on the miles pulled.

You already have the EzLube on the hubs, but I do not recommend using it due to seals leaking onto brakes, hand pack only.

If you're going with the IS system, look at the oil bath hubs. That's what all the big trucks use and what I have on my coach. It's not a perfect system but no system is perfect. They sure are easy to inspect and when they do go bad you know about it immediately.

Don't do the Buddy system. You might want to ask MORryde to change them when they do the IS. That's when I did mine.

Not to mention the labor you would save doing them together....

Inner Bearing #25580
Outer Bearing #14125A
Disc Brakes use a different out bearing.

Agree, No need for bearing buddy with Ez-Lube axle.

Thanks Vaughn, should be making my appt. this week with Moryde for the IS upgrade, hope to be getting it done by end of month to first week April.
Like your cat, we have one also his name is Aero, he is getting used to traveling, he likes to hang with his peeps, when not eating, sleeping, or begging for treats, 19 lbs of kitty, 8 years old a handsome boy he is.

Getting back to this question again since I was asking months ago and kind of forgot to follow up but almost ready to get the work started on the RW again since warming up a bit.
I had asked about the bearing Timken #'s and Ford Truck Guy sent me pictures but he has disc breaks so they are different.
The #'s you listed above Ron... are those also for the 7K axle with electric breaks?

Yes, These numbers are for 7k axle electric brakes.
