Bill you have the new version of my rig & truck, pics would be nice!. Got my flaps at the dealership, made like Husky, but with GMC printed on them. Just as long as you DON'T use the truck flaps with the chrome naked lady on them & downgrade that beautiful Denali. LOL!

I put the GM mud flaps on, but before a recent Alaska trip I added an extension to them (made from an old bed mat) to help block further crap from hitting the front of the RW. At least of ours, the GM flaps were approx 6" above the road surface allowing plenty of junk to still fly off the tires.

These folks made mine. Custom fabrication so they're a little bit on the pricier side but they're as beautiful as a mudflap can be, and the quality is second to none.

X3 My buddy put Duraflaps on his Dodge and they are nice! I'll probably pull my Ford OEMs and install those.

I did try the Rock-Tamer's and wasn't impressed. They were clumsy and in a cross wind they tended to do more damage than they were there to protect.

I like the OEM flaps on my GMC. No drilling required. I will agree the rears could be 2" longer.

No drilling required with the DuraFlap...and they would have made yours 2" longer.

I've run the DuraFlap on my 2011, 2012, and 2014 Ram's. The '11 & '14 are SRW and the '12 was a DRW. I like the flaps that have the stainless on the bottom and will buy them again on the next truck.

X4 for duraflap, no drilling, good quality, made a big difference for the truck and trailer. Fronts and rear, lots of gunk comes off those front tires too.

This is the first I've heard of these. Because my flaps were GM accessories and installed before I took delivery, they became included in the factory 3yr/36k mile warranty. This also included the side steps and hood protector.

As an aside to the Mud Flaps, I'm in the process of designing and having made Brushed Stainless Steel panels that will go on the front of the RW up as high as the top of the Generator door.
We're planning on using .037 thick panels and mounting them with 3M Double sided adhesive (same stuff they use to make truck bodies)

If anyone is interested I'll post pictures and prices. This will be a Spring project so it will be a few months.

Excellent idea, Vaughn. Our Arctic Fox had S.S. diamond plate across the front. Redundancy is a good thing.

That would be cool! I was even thinking black if it couldn't be matched.

What is under the paint now? some kind of krinkle coat.

I was parked next to a guy with a new Excel Limited that had it, but it was done at the factory. He said he had one of the last that offered the roof & that area sprayed due to conflict with company doing the coating, Excel was warranty for life & coating company said only 5 years so Excel stopped til a resolution.

Duraflaps are the best. Easy to install and no drilling. I was surprised how heavy they are. I ordered the long model.
