Ford Options

Anybody having something on their Ford here besides a cubby hole? I pulled it out and it has a wiring connector terminated in the back of it, so I assume it's some fancy option I didn't get??

It's below the 12V socket on the drivers side

Nothing there on this platinum. My 2011 lariat had the same useless cubby there. I stick business cards there. They don't fall out too often. Lol
Guessing the wire is for some diagnostic plug in.

hahaha - might be an automatic breathalyzer that shuts things down

John, I did have that ash tray on my 08, you're right. I think on this new one they just provided a smoke section in the back -way in the back

I have the cubbyhole in our 2011, but perhaps the wiring is for the aux switch option which I have, it's in the same general area.

That's funny......I like that.

BUT I do miss my Ford... I just bought my wife a new Ford and she's a happy camper now.
