While here at the Rally, someone had asked me for help in putting their picture in the signature area of the posts. For a few days my picture had changed because I had messed mine up. I've now prefigured it out so ....whomever you were....if you're still at the rally...come track me down and I can help you.

One thing I have noticed with some of the sig pics is that if it is too tall then you get a scroll bar on the left side and that a tad annoying. I don't know what the max dimensions should be ... but your picture Dave is just a a few pixels too tall and the scroll bar is there. I would recommend cropping your picture at the top and make it a few pixels smaller and test and let us know the magic height dimension.

You're right Ian, but after messing around with it I found I was pretty close so I left it there. If you go to a photo host site like "Photo Bucket" and adjust your pictures there. Then start small and work up until you max out your picture for the space.

first... go to the website hosting the image you want to add to your post and right click the image. From the menu choose the "copy image url" option. Then type this syntax where you want to post the picture.

no spaces.

to paste the image url just use the Ctrl-V keys.

clear as mud?? If you have problems just send me a private message and we can figure it out there
