15/20 breaker issue

Breakers.....I have one 15/20 breaker that the 20 AMP side will not engage. My bedroom AC is not working and I think this goes to that. I have a 2012
RW am wondering what kind of breaker I need. Any suggestions?

if you got to HD , you most likely will find they have Murry brand mini breakers in stock that fit.

Siemens Q1520 One 15-Amp and One 20-Amp Single Pole 120V Non-Current Limiting Circuit Breaker

This is on AMAZON, would this work?
