Rally activities

I wanted to post some "extra activities" that are available at the Rally

An Amish Experince is available on Tuesday 7/18 in the afternoon and early evening.

3:00 pm, a tour of an Amish RV Supply factory
4:00 pm, a visit to an Amish house, with wedding preparations, dinner and buggy rides. Also time for question and answer and a look at Amish life

Please contact Teri or Larry at lrstp06@gmail.com. Cost is $25.00/ person and they must know before 6/28/2017 with payment. Please contact them directly.

Again this year, Terry Cooper, the Mobile RV Professor, will be offering his three day rv maintenance course on Saturday , Sunday and Monday before the Rally. July 15,16,17.
If you've never taken a course from Cooper, he is a great instructor and you will come away with a much better understanding of how everything works on your RV.

Highly recommended! Contact him at www.mobilervcademy.com and look under Consumer Courses to register.

If you've already registered at the Campground, Cindy has plenty of room, come in early and attend this course.

Also on Tuesday, especially for the RV maintenance person or "upgrader" there will be a convoy to Sturgis MI after lunch to Bontragers RV Surplus Center. They purchase odd lots, over runs, discontinued stuff and more and have an ever changing inventory of RV stuff.

More to follow !!

The forms for the tech registration for items to fix will be coming out in the next couple of weeks. I'll post when they are available.

A couple of updates -

I'm in the last week of getting stuff ready to go fulltime and it's a little crazy here. I hope to have the Rally Schedule published in a couple of weeks.

The Tech registration forms should be ready to go in a week or two also and anyone registered for the Rally will get an email.

The Mobile RV Academy 3 day course has been cancelled. There were only a couple of people and more so, the Coopers are settling on a RV park that will be the training base for them. They must be in Texas during the time of the Rally and regretfully has to cancel.

If you hav interest in the Tuesday afternoon and evening Amish tour and dinner, please contact the link above and let them know.

See you all in July

Rally update

RALLY ACTIVITIES UPDATE

MORryde will be offering a seminar, plant tour and lunch on Thursday 7/20 .

They need an accurate count of attendees as they will be providing lunch. MORryde is in Elkhart and is about a 30-35 minute drive from Shipshewana. If you have never been there, are considering their suspension upgrades or any of the other products they offer, I seriously suggest you plan on attending.

To attend, you must contact Gary Wheeler (one of the greatest guys in the world) preferably by email, to let him know you're coming and how many.

The tour starts at 9:30 and you will be back after lunch.

email gary.wheeler@morryde.com
