Colorado roads

Just pulled our 36 rl from Utah to estes park to Colo Springs to Leadville to Pagosasprings to Durango and home roads are very good and new ford 350 done its job but need to get to a dealer to fix 8-10 things 3 month old trailer is a little disappointing dealers can get you in 5-8 weeks out dose not seem right well sell one but hard to get things fixed

Did you talk to Tarpley in Durange there? Not sure if they are any quicker than the rest. These guys are just plain overwhelmed. I'm holding mine back from going in at Windish in Lakewood so I can use it the rest of the season.

Hope the "things" are minor!! Unfortunately many, not just Redwood owners, have the same problem, many dealers are big on getting the rigs out the door but really poor at servicing what they sell. Good luck finding someone who can take care of your problems in a timely manner!

Welcome to the Redwood Family and the forum. Our new Redwood needs a couple minor things fixed and our dealer is also scheduling 5 weeks out. Hang in there.

Welcome! I'm headed to Durango in about two weeks for a month. Planning on staying at the Vallecito Reservoir, then heading up to Fruita for another month.

Stoped there and seemed very good but need to order parts and ok fixes with redwood can not set that long from home at $50-$60 per day for weeks may go bake but 500 miles away

You might just barely miss me. We'll be in Fruita again starting around September 21st. We'll be there for another month then we'll start meandering back down to Phoenix for the winter, stopping in Moab for a week along the way.

I'm calling around to get repairs and Camping World is end of September. Tried Royal Gorge Truck in Canon City and they are late September. Won't take mine back to Windish in Denver. (ever). So now Angie Cox the Service Manager at Crossroads will try to find something.

J, what happened at Windish? There is Tarpley in Durango as well.

I haven't had any work done there for 7 years, so I would have to say I don't know. The guy (Greg) that was wonderful in service for us back then is now gone.

Ditto, service @ the DEALERSHIP loses.6-9 weeks to get 1 thing fixed. Hurts, Glad we kept the sticks & bricks!

I stopped 2 weeks ago to get things fixed and did not have parts I think one will have to get it in some were I can and talking to slc dealer it may take 6-7 weeks redwood said it did not know how to speed things up than is 500 miles to get it done with two trips

Okay Guy's, I just watched a motorcycle trip on You Tube of the Million Dollar Hwy. between Silverton and Ouray. Not to far from Ouray they have a cut through the rocks marked 13'9". I recon it is okay to go through there being how I saw a Montana and a few 18 wheeler's on the road, just checking?
