Albquerque Park Recommendations

Anyone found a best park in the Albquerque area? Planning a month there in March.

We always stay at the All-American RV park just off I-40 across the Interstate from Camping World. It's at the top of the hill on the West side of town.

We've looked around for nicer parks and can't seem to find them in the area.

I've searched in Alb and never found anything worth bragging about, so I've never brought the Redwood there (I work there about every week). A mix of permanent residence and part time.

If you don't mind the 1hr drive, the Santa Fe Skies RV Park is on on the south end of Santa Fe south of I-25 and its a little better, but not by much.

It works in "a pinch" if you are just staying one night. Stayed there last year on our way back east from Colorado.

All-American is about the nicest we've seen in the area. The only people who live there are at the back of the park and their all in trailers that look like they are actually still roadworthy. Not a lot of junk around them like a lot of parks we've seen.

We stayed a few days on the other side of I40, right next to the Camping World (walking distance) at Enchanted Trails. Nothing super fantastic about it, but it's a campground with a few really old RVs and tow Cars on property and a store with all sorts of Route 66 stuff.

We stayed in Bernililo KOA (north of Alb) a few years back while attending the balloon fiesta & at the time it was fairly nice.

Update: The park we stay in actually called "American RV Park", not All American. I think a few years ago they changed their name. We're here now and the only complaint is the Interstate noise, but every RV park we've seen in ABQ is right by the Interstate so no real way around that.
