A new black Friday purchase

The wife MAD me go with her to shop so I could be the chauffeur and just drop her off and she wouldn't have to park so far out

Well, I showed her !
I couldn't find a parking place except at the Home Depot next to the mall

So browsing there I found a 15" ceramic pizza stone for $8 that fit right in the bottom of the redwoods oven.... EXCEPT , didn't realize the stove was not as deep as it is wide, so I'm going to have to trim the depth...

pretty sure I can score it enough to have it break cleanly enough and just put the broken side to the rear...

BUT, forgot to measure how deep the stove is before bringing it back to storage... Anyone know ?

Can't help John, in storage, but curious what you find. I've just never found one that fits and was hoping to get a rectangular one. We kind of use an insulated cookie sheet in there now that seems to work OK.

Know anyone with a ceramic tile wet saw... better than scoring and NOT breaking where you want...

We do the smaller pizzas in the convection oven. Crust is perfect.
