I replaced the standard fan in the bathroom with a MaxxFan model 4500 with flush mounted remote control, thermostat, rain sensor, smoke lid, 10 speed reversible fan with exhaust and intake. While up on the roof I did a quick inspection I need to redo some caulking and the roof needs to be washed and treated, anyone have recommendations for cleaner and treatment to use on the roof

I actually am back out with it for a week this Sunday through Nebraska, but I can't take chances in a Colorado October 
Ours is stored 88 miles away so when the temp drops I don't get a lot of notice, or I could even be tied up out of state for a couple of weeks on my job.

I wish I lived in the mountains! I live in the flats and no Redwoods allowed in the driveway

To be honest - I don't want to live in an area that would let me park the Redwood in the driveway. Mountains would be nice, but I like our covenants.

Finally installed the Tire Monitoring System. The receiver was still reading the truck in the front yard while I was installing the sensors in the backyard. Pretty cool.
