Redwood is listening

It is with great appreciation that I make this post. It was expressed several times by management at the 2015 rally that they were listening and by my experience they were. Several days ago our Samsung refrigerator stopped working in the refrigerator section. My call to Customer Care was taken by Bettina Rogers, what a pleasure to talk to someone that understands that when you live in your REDWOOD, it is your home and you expect it to function just like any other home. Not to get into all the details, all of my expectations were met and our refrigerator was repaired promptly without having to tug it along to a dealership. Again, it makes a difference when CC understands that just because it is on wheels, we shouldn't always be required to find a dealership and then have to jump through a half dozen hoops to get a fairly simple repair made. Thanks again Bettina, keep doing what your doing, it is appreciated.

One can only hope that will be common, but I get the feeling you may have been the exception to the rule because The Dealer would have called an appliance repairman anyway. I don't think any of the Dealers are prepared to deal with residential appliances, so unless they need to do a remove and replace I think you'll get referred to a local repairman.

I don't think you would get the same response for a slide motor or awning repair.

Maybe there is more to it than I'm reading.

Good to hear you had good response from Redwood. Like AA says I have a feeling you are the exception. My personal experience has not been so wonderful with RW or the dealer. Luckily none of our issues have been Major just frustrating to deal with.
