Level up hydraulics

I can find no major leaks, yet this trailer continues to settle, I am beginning to think it might be faulty solenoid valves. Has anyone experienced that? We have a 2015 36FB

Is it actually settling or just popping/creaking? There is a fix for the popping. With slides in/all jacks up remove 1 qt of the fluid in the hydraulic reservoir & replace with a anti stiction oil, mine has 15w Maxima motorcycle fork oil, filling the reservoir to within 1/4-1/2" from the fill opening with slides/jacks all retracted, cycle slides/jacks a few times & this should do the trick.

If there's no visible leaks then there's most likely air in the system.
With all slides in/jacks up check/top off the fluid reservoir, I'd top it off with the anti stiction fluid, then cycle the slides/jacks a few times to work the air out, then check/top off the fluid level again. If this doesn't work you've most have a leaking valve in the hydraulic system letting the pressure leak by.
Always have the slides in & jacks up before adding fluid, so do this while hooked up to your truck, otherwise you'll overfill & have a huge mess in that front compartment..

Thanks, I'll give that a try. We are relocating in a couple of days.

Let me get this straight, lippert recommends ATF fluid and what antistiction fluid should I add?

Paul and Holly,

See the attached Lippert pdf regarding adding the antistiction fluid.

The guys at the RW service center in Topeka Indiana put the 15w Maxima motorcycle fork oil in mine & since then that's what I've used to top off the reservoir when needed. We've had little to no popping/creaking & no settling on ours since then.
If this doesn't help your problem I'm out of ideas.

I've got the same stuff as Danny in mine for almost 5 years now. I can probably count on one hand the number of times mine has popped since the Fork Oil was added.
Also, and this is a biggie - use some type of blocks or pads under jacks to both cushion and especially shorten the jack leg stroke. I always try to keep my jacks at 6-8".

So, setup for a week now and all is good. No popping, creaking and settling. Added 1qt of fork oil.
Thanks for all your help and advice.
