Kudos to the RV lock company

We were having problems getting our key-pad and door lock. With their outstanding help they got everything to work.

We had a few pad and remote fob issues when we picked up our 36RL. Called the nice folks at RV Lock and they walked us through the re-programming process. Took 5 minutes and we were in business. I wish fixing every annoying problem was that easy!

Got our fobs. Wish they used the same program for the front door as the back. Gotta carry 2 if we want access to the front door and back door when we return from our walk. Can we reprogram without a key pad?

We were having problems with key pad and they sent us a new pad right away. the key still doesn't open the top lock and they seem to be reluctant about sending us either a key or a new lock.

I did notice that you have to lube up the locks. Some of our locks didn't want to work until I sprayed them down with silicone.
