Happy Camper

Spent the day at ExploreUSA, Denton, Tx. getting some warranty work done. Replaced awning, Dirt Devil, repaired Bauer entry lock, replaced curb side propane regulator and adjusted curb side slide.

While this was the 3rd day in the shop since June, the problem was Redwood kept sending the wrong awning fabric so they replace the whole thing.
ExploreUSA know I am a full timer and when I make an appointment they know they only have the day to complete the work. They have worked with me very well and I highly recommend them.

That's the way it should be whether you are full time or not. RV Dealers and Boat dealers have been getting away with it for years where you make an appt a month in advance just to park it in their back lot for another month. Even car dealers are starting to get that way.

No reason why these things can't be seen the day of the appt with proper pre-order of parts.

I agree, an appointment should be taken care of when the unit is brought in, not weeks later.
Although I am not a big fan of the Lazy Days service department, when I have made appointments with them, they have taken our Redwood in and started working it on at the time of the appointment.

I really find it odd that you can order something on eBay and it is in the mail the next day and at your residence no matter where in the country you live. You can go to any auto parts store and over night if not that same day they can have your part, but any dealer for cars boats and RVs take weeks to get your part? Come On!!!!!!!! Really?
