Yes I've had a few calls not returned from the service center but I figured they were up to their ears in work. I had to take my trailer to a dealership for repairs but I called the factory first and didn't only work with the dealership. You have to be proactive.
For example, my generator quit last summer and instead of taking it to the dealership, I worked through the company to get it fixed at a Onan service center. I was prepared to pay for the repairs and Redwood said they'd send me a check for the repairs. As it tuned out the repair was covered by the Onan warranty so no check was required.
Also, the small stuff I fix myself just because it's more convenient.
