I believe all the Redwoods have the same basic wiring for TV's. There is a post on the other forum with the diagram, go here

We have a 36 FL and noted we have 2 coax outlets behind the living room TV. One of them is for the park cable that comes from the convenience centre and the other is from the OTA aerial. This isn't consistent with the wiring diagram.

I also found the 2 sat cables at the very back of the lowest cupboard below the TV, it's so dark back there that you need a torch to see the wires. The sat cables are orange.

I two compartments above the TV.
One has the LG System.
The other has a cable with a square plug on it, guess it goes to the Roof for an automatic dish?
(We do not use a rooftop system, we use a manual tripod)
There is also a outlet that has the Power Booster switch for the Antenna in the second compartment. I assume this connection goes to the utility center Satellite connection that the Tripod would connect too.

I had asked for a diagram and was told there was no way to get an acurate one due to the fact that the installers run things where it is comfortable for them
Good luck

If the cable is orange it will be a sat cable. From memory I believe I found 1 goes to the roof and the other the convenience centre.

In the LR there are 3 orange cables; 1 to roof for sat, 1 to convenience center for sat and one to the BR. One has no tape, one has one band of tape and one has two bands of tape, if you look at the wiring drawing it will indicate where each of these is SUPPOSED to go[not always accurate].

In the BR there are three orange cables; two terminate in a dual coax outlet mounted in the ceiling [on my coach], one goes to the roof sat, the other goes to the convenience center, I don't know if these have tape on them as I have not taken the outlet down to examine. I also have not seen the third orange cable coming from the LR, it may be up behind the outlet???

As stated, if the cable is orange it is for satellite, if black it is for OTA or cable.

We had trouble hooking up the sat receiver in the LR and found out the cables from the LR TV did not go to the convenience center correctly nor to the BR TV correctly. After getting the schematic from RW and a brief discussion with them, found the barrel connectors under the streetside LR slide were incorrectly connected at the factory. Was told the slide is manufactured separately from the frame, and then put in down the line. When all those connections are made, they can mix them up. Ended up using the locators and redoing the barrel connections under the slide.

Finally got our Dish Satellite receiver hooked up and working on both TVs today.
The Schematic that Redwood sent is the same one on the other forum.
It is pretty much backwards since we have a Front Living.
In our model, there are 4 cable connections for the bedroom TV with the Orange Cables marked with electrical tape like shown on the schematic for the living room.

This is what I got from RW last week. I have the satellite guy coming to install the Winegard Trav'ler this week or next and will find out then if it is accurate for our 2015 - 38FL.

Fingers are crossed that I can mount the Dish Solo node in the roof where the cables are prep'd in.

So far I have yet to find the "Antenna Booster" that is supposed to be there. Does anyone use theirs?

Same schematic I got from Redwood, it is backwards for a FL.

The Antenna booster on our 38FL is in the top of the right cabinet above the TV

The LG Blue Ray player is in the left cabinet, the right cabinet is where I put our Satellite receiver.
Everything is working good, both TVs are working off the receiver.
We do not use a roof top dish, too many spots we stay have trees and would make it useless.
We still do it the old fashion way, I use a tripod and an HD Dish, usually setup takes me about 5 minutes. I use my I-Phone Dish Pointer App and a Accu Tek III meter with 75 feet of cable. 99% of the time I can find a clear shot through the trees at any location.

Ken - on the 36 FL it is in the kitchen at the rear of the corner buffet hutch, which is passenger side and on rear bulkhead.

What does it look like? Is it a powered box? I didn't have anything in the right side above the TV just the LG Blue Ray player on the left.

Thanks

It is mounted in the right side, top of the cabinet facing down, it looks like a receptacle plate with a cigarette lighter socket, a cable TV connection and a button that will turn on and off a green light, that is the antenna booster light.

Top right cabinet, this is where we have our Dish receiver

There is an electrical outlet on the left side of the cabinet and the Antenna Booster is on the right side.

The antenna booster is shown in the third picture below.

may be black or white - but looks like it's got a cigarette lighter socket and a coax connector... the little button shows up black in the pic below to the right of the coax and may be hard to see, just push it in and it's a toggle on/off...

ours has a little led to show when it's active...

ah, rob beat me to it

Oh, was wondering about that. Was scared to put my finger up the hole thinking it might be a 12v power source.

I'll have to try it out. The OTA antenna didn't work at all for me, just snow, perhaps this will help...... Then again not sure where to set my expectations, I haven't used an actual aerial since before the earth cooled.

Ken - behind the TV we have 2 coax connections, 1 is for park cable from the convenience centre and the other is the OTA aerial. So to switch inputs we also have to move the cable connection.
