BAL Accuslide noises

I'm wondering how to access the BAL Accuslide for the bedroom slide in our 3401? The motor assembly seems to be on the bottom, not on top like other manufacturers. Slide is making clicking noise and "jerking" as it goes in and out. A large bang when it is fully in or out. Not a major issue until we have to leave to head north in April but I want to see if I can fix it myself. I'm assuming that one of the cables is out of alignment or the tension adjustment needs work. Might even be the gear assembly in the motor?

Sounds like you might have a bad gear box. Ours was acting that way and it was the gear box.
To get to it you have to remove the mattress and remove the rear section of the bed platform.
They did have a group of bad gear boxes a while back.

You have 3 slides, which one?
There's 2 hydraulic & 1 electric.

And there are TWO different types of electric
Need more info like Model and year too.
