A/C question

I had a really good maiden voyage with my new 3901 WB, only one problem. One of the A/C's indicates -°F rather than indicate the room temp. I called In.Command Tech support and a tech named Jennifer said it sounded like a bad gateway from the A/C. I have no idea what that is! Has anyone else experienced this problem? I would like to repair the issue myself rather than take it to the dealer if possible. Thanks for any input.

We have same RW and the air unit has to be turned on at the iN-Command before it reads.

We did experience problems with all three units not working and reading -F; dealer downloaded an update into the iN-command but still had to completely remove power from iN-Command before it worked properly. Just spent a couple weeks in it and all worked as it should.

Thanks for the input. I called my dealer this morning and am just waiting on them to get back with me on a time to take it in. I think I am going to have to take it in, I think this one is beyond me.
