We ordered our 38GK

We went to the KC RV Show and ordered a 38 GK. WOW, what a feeling. Andy is going to be at the show tomorrow so we're going back to meet him.

Black and Maroon with almost every option! Going to be a long two months wait.

A couple of things we learned tonight that have been discussed in other threads.... THE 2+5 WARRANTY IS BACK PER AN EMAIL FROM REDWOOD EARLIER THIS WEEK.

I measured the distance from the end of the QUEEN bed to the dresser drawer at 39".

Congratulations!

Congratulations on your new Redwood. I'm sure you'll be happy with your rig. It sounds like a real beauty.
We are new to the forum as well. You'll meet a lot of fine people here.
We take possession of our new 36RL on the 13th and can certainly relate with you regarding the waiting feeling.
After a two week stay in a local campground to discover any issues and learn the unit, we will hit the road as full timers. We can hardly contain ourselves.
My wife and I still call the KC area "home". We've been gone for over 15 years and are looking forward to seeing how much it has changed over time late this spring.
Be safe in your travels and we look forward to the possibility of meeting you sometime in the future.

George and Kay

Congrats on your new purchase.....Tell Andy I said hi. My wife and I were at that same show when Andy (we call him OZ) started talking with us. The next day we placed our order for the Redwood. Oz and I have since shared a few drinks at the Redwood Rallies.

OZ= the man with the answers

Happy Trails

Met Andy and spent some time with him. What a great guy. We as owners, and the company are lucky to have him.

Dave, I recognized him immediately from your awesome factory tour photos.

You will love the new Redwood just like we do! They have just 3 more bugs on ours to work out and then it will be perfect. We've been on the road with it since we picked it up 25 Nov 13. It pulls like a dream with the Trail Air hitch. Enjoy it for sure.
