Mary and Tom in Ky

Hi All!
We are getting ready to have our new Sequioa 38HRL delivered on Monday.
Very excited about it, our first 5er. I guess it's the last of the Mohicans, but couldn't pass up the closeout deal. Now looking for a tow vehicle! Going to camp in the driveway for a while

Thanks! We've had 3 trailers in the past, a pop-up and 2 travel trailers.
Now ready to try to learn the 5th wheel world. Already picked up a few pointers from reading some of the threads here.

My wife an I are here in Berea while she is working in Lexington. Maybe we can meet up if you are near by.

Red River Gorge, Daniel Boone NF, KY Horse Park, Bourbon Trail, public skeet/trap shooting, Fort Boonsborough, etc., etc.
What kinds of things do you like to do? There's absolutely no reason on earth that you should be bored. Kentucky is an absolutely fantastic place!

Plus, you're close to Louisville and Cincinnati. C'mon!

OK, thanks Tom.
We're in the northern part of the state, about 100 miles north.
We go by Berea (KY) fairly often for weekends, we have a place near Lake Cumberland at Jamestown Ky. I'll message you if we are in the area.

Took your advice and went out hiking. Went to natural bridge, and Red River Gorge. Had a great time. I think winter just had me locked up in the small box and was going crazy. Finally able to get out and about is awesome.

I live in Berea. If you are parked here, you are in one of two parks that are just off I-75 at exit 76. I live 2 miles off of exit 77. Not a lot to do in Berea, except hike the Pinnacles, and look around the the art shops, and walk around the square at Boone Tavern, but there is tons to do in Lexington.
