Welcome, the Redwood family is a great group.
We are working fulltimers in our Redwood and travel year round staying 2 to 3 weeks at each stop.
Most of our travels are in the Southeast but we do get up to the Northeast and the West Coast from time to time.
Our coach fits our lifestyle great and is serving us well, we sure hope our Redwood serves us well for many years to come.
Also we are Redwood royalty as our Redwood 38FL is on the Redwood Website Home Page.

Welcome to the forum. This is a great place to get an education about the Redwood owners, campers, journeyers, adventurers and about Redwood in general. Spend some time reading through the many threads here and keep an open mind. This is a good group of people helping each other.

We have a 36RL Redwood VIN # 4VOFC3629DR002400. The front end cap is fading out. Is there someone we can talk to about this. The RV is a 2013 and we took delivery on May 25, 2012.

Thank you

Crickets..?

No crickets...Christian and Taylor are not in any way part of our warranty dept. and so they won't be able to answer questions of a technical nature. Redwood customer service is always willing to help with any technical questions you may have that your dealer cannot answer. Please email warranty@crossroadsRV.com for assistance.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hopefully we will get to have discussions at the Redwood Rally this summer about the disconnect between Customers, Dealers and Redwood Customer Service.

I have had a positive outcome from my dealings with Redwood customer service but have had to fight every step along the way for everything.

Our dealing with our Dealer has not been the best either, have to return a second time to get things fixed right and no real support effort from them.

Rob,

There will be a session on Friday afternoon with Jim Lazzarino and others from Redwood/Crossroads for open discussions, this will be a good opportunity to express your concerns.

Welcome, Christian and Taylor. I sense that your job may be to popularize the brand across social media, but the most important form of social media is word of mouth. You will see an enormous amount of quality concerns and solutions here that would seem to be a gold mine of customer feedback for you to take up the chain of command. Where and how we camp seems to get lost under "How do I fix this?" It's refreshing to have representatives from the company here "listening". Enjoy!

Welcome ladies!! We have been fulltimers for 7 years now, 2 1/2 in our '13 RW, & have been coast to coast border to border & plan to keep going as long as we are able. So far our RW has been great, only minor issues & hope that continues. This forum is/has a wealth in information & some of best folks to help with any problem you could have.

We are ABSOLUTELY expecting to have discussions about the topics you mentioned. Also, you'll be glad to hear that part of what Taylor and I will be doing is monitoring and revamping the ways to bridge that disconnect! We are excited to meet with you at the Rally!

Couple things I would like to see fixed it lack of follow thru by customer service at RW. We have called a few time with minor issues that need resolved. We are told someone would get back to us but we hear nothing. We have to call back our selves after waiting two weeks to get a resolution.

Also the no warranty parts to the customer practice. I cant see taking the RW to a dealer for a small so it yourself repair. We live in this RV and the dealer is not accommodating if we have to take for repairs.
