Graystone electric fireplace

We have a 2020 3901wb redwood. The 36in graystone electric fireplace when installed in the cabinet heats for about a minute then the heat turns off. I removed it from the cabinet and it works perfectly. It appears that there isn't enough ventilation or air space behind the unit even though it is supposed to be zero clearance. Anyone else have this problem?

Remove the water heater cover outside, there should be a label there.
I'd suspect it's a 12 gallon Suburban.
What issues are you having? Someone here could possibly help!.

Tom, I found my fire place blower motor was dragging, a little lubrication to the bushings and I was back in business.

Thank you for the reply. The graystone might is going to send me a new circuit board. They said that should fix the problem.
