Why redwood?

MHS ... I've often looked at the half bath option thinking gees I could find other uses for it ... such as a small PC area ... When you say you ordered it with a buttler's pantry, just how flexible was your build process? TIA Greg S

Actually when we ordered our unit it was an option, the half bath or the butler's panrty with the attic area above it.
We knew we didn't need the half bath yet, but wanted the additional space/storage more since we're "Most Timers" spending anywhere from 8 to 10 months a year in the RW.

Thanks ... I know its all a personal decision, but I'm not really big on even just occasional visitors having to walk through the bedroom to use the rest room.

For us the floor plan works out perfectly as we travel with our American Short Hair Cats and their litter boxes are in the front of the bathroom out of the way. Because we're not fans of putting them in the shower so they were under the dinning table in our 36RL.
