Waste Management System

Anybody happen to get a picture of the new Redwood Waste Management System at the show? Just curious if it also includes the storage box underneath.

The one we saw at the factory tour did have a storage box in the unit with a door, about midway in the unit, not underneath. Pretty nice. I hope someone will post pictures, I didn't take pictures while there.

You can find it on the LCI system. This is what they are using.

Ya I looked at it there - looks nice, I'm just curious where they put it on the Redwood. I'm assuming similar location to the old hose storage?

Ken, when you say "not underneath", what do you mean? Does that box hang off the frame?

Saw this at the factory and pretty much the same place but much nicer compartment. Still under the slide on the model we looked at, so either on your knees or get it before the slides go out.

It's pretty much what Char & Steve said: Saw this at the factory and pretty much the same place but much nicer compartment. Still under the slide on the model we looked at, so either on your knees or get it before the slides go out.

Cool beans.

I will probably retrofit mine once I figure out the permanent connection to the drain line they talk about. Wont be any here to look at for a while, shows don't start until after the new year, unless a Dealer happens to get a new one.

Is this what you are discussing or the swing out sewer boom type like I had on the 5'er and is now in my garage ?

is a pretty neat one too...(if sewer can be called neat !)

The one we saw was in it's own compartment. On the LCI website they have a couple of videos to look it. I think the compartment is for holding the hose and you have to install a quick couple to the sewer pipe. That's what it looks like on the videos and if you go to the parts store and look at the prices for the waste management system that seems to be what you have to do.

It had better come with it's own storage, that thing would take up 1/2 the basement! If they are using the LCI frame to frame plastic storage drawer I couldn't fit it on mine in front of the axle & wouldn't be very handy behind the axle under the slide.

liked it so much I kept it to install on the rw, but never got a chance to and it's still in my garage

The Monaco has a Sani-con system.

Haven't decide how much I like it yet

That is the one we saw at the plant. Kind of reminds me of the gasoline tanker hoses they use to fill tanks at the gas stations.

Ah, that's what you have in your garage When I first read it I thought you still had your Redwood in the garage!
