As we continue our wait for our new RW 36RL...We went out to Camping World today to take some measurements of a 36RL that's on the lot. Spoke with our sales rep (who is now considered a friend) told him about a call that we got from Jim, GM regarding the oxidation issues, he wasn't surprised. He did say there are NO other manufactures out there willing to provide the personal contact. He also said RW is so focused on getting it right the first time...lots of good changes at RW!! Praying our rig is here in AZ mid August!! So excited!!!

That's great to hear...yes we did! So far it's been a great experience! We just pray that it's delivered as promised... Just a week or two before our trip to Bend.
We love everything about the 36 RL!!
Take things in stride- you might be setting yourself up for frustration going on a large trip a week after delivery and shakedown. Just know some things may not work and will need to be fixed.

Thanks, we went through something similar when we purchased our Cedar Creek two years ago, that too was a special ordered. Very few things wrong, and the things that were, camping world's service manager, Raul took great care getting it ready for the trip. We know there will be some things wrong, but with all the changes at RW, I'm pretty sure everything will be great.
