We went and looked at the 36FB fell in love with it! Going to get our truck and order our new home on wheels.

Congrats, and make sure you get a big truck, that FB is really front end heavy with a dry pin over 3000 so real world use will push it towards the 4000 mark quickly

Right off the info on the Redwood site for the 36FB. And more than likely you'll exceed the rear axles cap of that F250. In real world numbers, just about all the RWs should be connected to a 1 ton dually or bigger (That's my opinion, but if you run real world numbers you'll come to the same conclusion)
