maybe it got taken off so i'll post it again. We bought from Bretz RV in Billings MT. from dealer stock Sonny was the salesman. We got one hell of a deal worth writing home about. asked them to fix 2 roof vents, 1 missing window crank, 2 broken fender flares. that was 3-21-14 sat in a motel for 3 weeks couldn't wait any longer took delivery nothing was fixed finally got 2 fender flares in the mail.to date still no vents or handle crank.........take the money and run dealer.

Call Redwood Customer Service, I'm sure you will be taken care of. The other thread is for positive comments about dealers!

First of all, did you purchase this coach as new or used? If used, you'll pretty much have to deal with Bretz RV, if you purchased it new then I agree with Blue Dogs, call Redwood Customer Service (855) 226-7496, and explain your situation with them...be persistent and good luck!!
That type of thing can take the luster off the shine !

Well you're on the right track...just keep the pressure on them. It's sad that so much effort is needed to get things resolved but those who persist get results!!

Keep calling until you feel like you've been heard. We have to remember they are servicing a lot of people. However they have to understand that you have a problem that has to be fixed. Good luck
Sweet!! Too bad it took so long, there really is no excuse why it should take so much diligence on a customers part to get stuff don, but the reality is that you have to do the work if you want results.
