Where are you seeing wear on the power cable? What is causing wear on the power cable? How is it compressed?

I noticed that my power cord is getting lumpy as if the covering were not thick enough. I have had many RV's and this cord looks worse than my 15 year old MH.

A note of caution: In the 36 FL , the BEDROOM TV is WEDGED INTO THE SUPPORT HOLDER. The power cord for the TV is under pressure and may wear thru the insulation, this is also true for the coax cable, only the power cord, I think can cause a fire, pls inspect. If you want my fix, please send a private msg with your email address. I will send pictures.Edited by: RifRaff

I removed the factory installed tv mount and installed a cantilever mount. Fortunately all of my cables are OK.
