Herb, I'm sure you're going to have a lot of fun. As much as I travel with mine, I always look forward to hooking up and hitting the highway. Happy Trails

The Edge programmer gives you the ability to set different power levels and you can display4differentfunctionslike EGT, tran temp, Eng temp and boost a great way to monitor your engine.

The Killer "B" turbo is from a manufacture called BD, this produces a higher boost rate and it has less exhaust restriction giving you lower egt's

Hope this helps

Dan

I haven't hear the term "boost rate" before. What is that?

RifRaff, we don't have an FL; however, on our RL there is a small access hole
(12"x10") in the garage wall near the convenience center. The water filter housing can be seen attached to the subfloor. Be sure to turn off the water at the hose bib and relieve the water pressure before trying to turn the blue housing for water filter.

Herb, your filter should be behind the little door in the back of the storage area. There are 3 to 4 screws that hold that wall into place, very easy to remove and you can access the filter and see all the plumbing that is around the pump and convince center. At least that is the way our FL is set up. There is a small door in that wall but not a lot of room to work through.

No complaints on the F350 yet and up to a few years ago I never would have thought I'd be driving a Ford. The truck in 12 months has earned about 38,000 miles and handles the trailer with ease even in difficult conditions. I think the tuner helped quite a bit in the mountains but to be honest I'm not sure of any real mileage improvements. I guess I push it too hard but the truck seems to enjoy it. Once I retire and can actually drive slower I think this will improve the mileage numbers. As it is, due to time restraints we usually try to cover 6-700 miles a day and occasionally I'm forced to hit the 800 mile days.

Tomorrow I've got to take a single over night run down to Kentucky and I've decided to just stay in a hotel and I'm already not looking forward to it. I guess I'm spoiled
