Water coming from ac vents

Looking at a used 2011 36 RL. Noticed water leaking from ac vents in living/kitchen area. It was a steady drip and when seller demonstrated the auto leveling system for us water began pouring out of larger vent in kitchen area. Much more than a drip. Sellers explanation is the drain tube is probably clogged. Air had not been on very long as he had turned on to cool down unit for us to view. Anyone have this problem? Could this in fact be clogged tube or more likely a bigger issue?

Probably no way to know without looking it all over.

The problem is going to be the cap on the antenna. Once the water comes in through that area, it will roll around until it finds a place to exit the ceiling. Fill the cap with calk and then put it back into place.

We experienced this issue when the cap came off of the attic vent near the rear AC. Replacing the cap stopped new water, but it took a month or so for all the water to stop dripping.
Check around the plastic trim around the ceiling fan. Some water collects in the lip around the base. A paper towel will soak it up and slow down the drip.
Hope that is helpful.
