I am not a Redwood owner... yet, but have been trolling the site for a year now researching this line (I never buy anything without a lot of research and I greatly appreciate the info from members here!). I will be watching for more posts on how the management changes will be impacting the product line and customer satisfaction.
On the subject of the owners Forum, I was previously a Bayliner owner and they had a great owners forum. It has always been the standard for what I compare many forums to in the way of simplicity, available information and aesthetics.

They had great features like a members photo album, tech discussions, projects, classifieds, etc. The web host was vbulletin, http://https://www.vbulletin.com/
so there will be a cost associated. The members would make donations (photo album use required a $5 a year fee if memory serves). They would also get sponsors to help cover the annual costs (RV Dealerships, accessory vendors, etc).
