It's basically multi-plex wiring system. One pad will be able to turn off or on all the lights in the coach. In the MH they also dim the lights.

Description says it is wireless, will control awnings, generator, lights . I was wondering is it like an IPad, or something else. I cannot find any information on it at all. The price sheet I have has it as a $2300 option but you must take it....thanks

We saw it in one of the models in production. It was located in the inside control centre by the slideout switches, etc. It looked similar to a mini iPad.

We had something like that in our previous 5er....

A remote to control a lot of the stuff like jacks, awnings, slides,etc...

While 'trick' and neat, found out it had pros and cons...

nice to be able to stand outside and watch the slides or awnings go out,
but I always felt better looking inside to see what might be binding or dragging something along it shouldn't be

and then there is the 'Where did you put the remote the last time issue" !

I would really like the light dim feature but would still want the good old switch on the wall to turn a light on/off.

I was told it wasn't wireless. I asked Hilton about it and I was told it was like the multiplex wires.

^Could it be a pad like they put on some higher end MHs? If it's like those, it looks like an iPad. The one I saw on an RV show, on tv, was mounted, but could be taken off the mount.
