I just installed my Tri-glide pin box. How much air do most of you carry in the bag? It wasn't a bad job for 2 people.

Hi Dave, I start at 65 lbs, but then after I'm hooked up, I add or let out enough air to cover the tops of arrows on the shock. Some people like it stiffer and have the upper shroud just touching the tops of the arrows. I like it a little "softer" than that.

Ugh... we got 32" of snow from that blizzard last night - but that Redwood still looks awesome underneath it. Come on Spring!Edited by: 5th_Time

Dave because we're heavy on the pin, I'm running about 100 psi in our bag. Tried less, but had more bounce than I liked. You just have to experiment to see what works with your TV and RW

Thanks Mike and Michelle for your help. I just took it for a ride on very rough highway and WOW! Between the Kelderman air ride and the Tri-Glide pin box.....all the rough riding is over. This rig just drifts down the road now. Ginny is happy

I ended up getting the 5000 air lift kit which leveled the truck. Then I bought the kelderman 2 stage air ride suspension. The 2 work hand in hand.

Originally, I had more air in mine. Then I hit my first bridge seam on I-95 in VA and all hell broke loose. After it recovered, I wanted to pull over & kiss my truck for staying in control. Now with less air in the hitch, It takes those seams less violently.Edited by: 5th_Time

I ordered the no drill kit but I hired A friend of mine to install them because I didn't have time. Mine has the remote which I like. Sorry I don't have the part number, my file on the truck is at the office. Monday I'll get it for you.

Royce, I'm going to put the 57396 kit on my 2012 F350 4x4 SRW, but check their website as I think the 2008 may use a different kit. Also going with the manual, onboard compressor.

I just bought the Airlift 5000 Ultimate air kit and updated compressor system. I got it from Truck Addons for $550.00 minus a $100.00 mail in rebate (shipping was free). The bags just came out late January or early February and they have an internal joust to keep the rough roads tame. They should be here early this week and will have them on by week end. Will post after tryout.
