Has anyone notice glaze on their toilet coming off? Our 6 month toilet is showing glaze pealing off, even tho we use softened water and no chemicals. Seams that we have expensive trailer stocked with cheap accessories.

We didn't have a glaze problem but had an issue with gasket material partially blocking the down pipe. Redwood removed the toilet, fixed the problem and re-installed the toilet, all with an extremely supportive customer service attitude. Recommend you contact Redwood, send them pictures of your faulty glazed toilet. I am sure they will step up to the plate and fix the problem.
