We bought a Thomas Payne Heritage Dual Reclining RV Loveseat w/ Console 3 years ago at the Redwood Rally in Shipsewana to replace the original recliners in our 2013 36Rl. About 1 year in the headrest area on one of the chairs started cracking. Then it started peeling. The second chair looks fine. I've emailed Lippert three times from their web page and have never received an answer. Does anyone have a good phone number to contact their customer service. Lippert has offered to sell me a replacement at a discount. Haven't got a price yet. If I do it it will be cloth.

We have new furniture on order with Lambright Comfort Chairs, L.L.C.., in Topeka, IN, which were to pickup just before the Rally. Now we'll have to make other plans to pick it up.

We love our Lambright theater seating we picked up a few years ago at the rally. They pulled the recliners out for us and installed their units. We donated the recliners to a charity in Shipsewana.
I think you made a great choice.
