Ya I'm thinking that isn't the problem. Maybe a check valve installed backwards.

Atom, sorry to say it isn't just those two issues I just don't want to come across as a chronic complainer so I didn't list all the problems here. There is a list of over 20 problems and less than half of them have been resolved dispite being at the dealer for over a month this last time. We have wanted to start using it for the last two months but have been trying to at least get the most serious issues resoulved first.

Any dealer that keeps a coach a month to fix doesn't need to be a "dealer" ridiculous!

Question on water pressure: Did you have any water at all? If no water at all, are you 100% sure you were hooked to the correct port for fresh water and not to the Black Tank Flusher??

I have actually hooked to the wrong one also but caught my mistake quickly. Very easy to do.

Don't worry about complaining... we all do it and get great help on this site. There is a thread somewhere on here with lists of things gone wrong and I had a quite a list if you find that thread. Delivered ours right back to the factory for repairs.
Took us over a year to get all the bugs worked out and thing we might have finally fixed most or at least for now.

We had no city water pressure but if I opened the low point drains water was pressurized and came pouring out. So after only a couple of weeks at the campground from opening day the filter was clogged solid. Tried the water without a filter and had plenty of pressure. I changed out the filter and it worked fine.

If your water regulator has the screen & the park has the the back flow preventer (the short brass fitting that constantly drips & sprays everywhere when you shut the faucet off) attached then the screen will hold the preventer shut, try removing the screen.

Welcome and congratulations to the club. Keep checking in an complaining. Most of us on here have gone through the same issues. My 2015 was in the shop for 23 of the first 27 weeks I owned it. So hang in there. This has proven to be the way of building new friendships and a very special relationship with your RW. LOL

The bottom of the shower door needs to have a plastic drip edge installed. Until that's completed, I'm sorry to say you'll need towels to soak up the water.

The shower leak has been on 95% of every RW rolling off the line, they save about 15 cents on every unit by not caulking the shower drip rail & that adds up the a whoppin savings.

Last night in Woodward Oklahoma we tried connecting to the city water supply and even though we could get water through hose there was no water pressure available in the coach. Does anyone have an idea if there may be a valve closed or something I don't know about on the city water connection? This is my 5th coach and i want to like our redwood but so far I haven had many reasons to. Also has anyone else had a shower door installed with no sealer on the bottom so all the water runs down the glass and out underneath the bottom door rail? I got out of the shower and found a big puddle of water all over my bathroom floor.
The shower thing is common. I guess they did not have time to use a little silacone. What a joke!!!

I guess mine was built on a Wednesday... I have silicone surrounding my shower , and nice little door wipe on the bottom... The only water I get is from when my kids get out soaking wet onto floor.. I think that I am the only one that dries off inside the shower BEFORE stepping out??

Our 2013 RW shower has the caulking, bottom door seal and never a leak. Another Wednesday unit!

I may be wrong but the ones leaking are the sliding door models

We have the hinged door. I wasn't aware of the sliding door. I guess that would be a circular shaped enclosure verses our three sided one.

Three things we learned from the forum before we used out RW.
1. Check the washer drain hose under the bed
2. Check the Shower door and apply silicone if needed
3. Turn off the water to the ice maker and replace line with braided hose
I have done all of these Lucky I had the forum before we started out.

Now if they would have not used the friction Hinges on the door I would be happy.

Our RL door is also a hinged door...

Oops - I am batting zero. None of three items have been a problem for us.
