Sneaky floor in upstairs bathroom

Hi all!
The floor in my upstairs bathroom near the toilet and shower squeaks. I have a 2021 Redwood 4001lk, not sure if it is a leak or not. Has anyone else had this problem?

I can't say for sure, but you should be able to remove the basement wall and get under the area and use some caulking to stop the squeaks. I don't know the floor plan on your 5th floor, but I can crawl under out bathroom with the wall down.
