Slow Rise Blinds

The slide in my bedroom will not stay down. I tried adjusting the speed and the stop but neither made any difference. Does anyone know how to make the blind stay down?

Contact http://www.irvineshadeanddoor.com . I'm going through the same issue. They should send you a replacement spring for free.

I have already contacted Irvine and they sent the spring. It made no difference. I have also watched the videos but none address the blind not staying down.
